Trip details — your pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date/time, and passenger count.
Payment information — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the transport service: confirming your booking, dispatching a driver, sending you confirmation and updates, processing payment and any refunds, and providing customer support.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly opted in.
4. Who We Share It With (Service Providers)
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the service. They only receive the data needed to perform their function:
Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
Supabase — secure database hosting for your booking.
Resend — sending your booking confirmation email.
Google Maps — calculating distance and pickup locations.
We may also disclose information where required by New Zealand law.
5. How Long We Keep It
We retain booking records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — your card details never touch our servers. Access to booking data is restricted and protected.
7. Your Rights
